About modification of Rates for transportations of passengers, baggage and cargo baggage by rail in the international message
According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 25, 1996 "About establishment of powers of executive bodies and executive bodies of city councils concerning price regulation (rates)" and to the paragraph to the fourth the subitem 33 of item 4 of the Regulations on the ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 30, 2015 No. 460, I order to No. 1548:
1. Rates for the transportations of passengers, baggage and cargo baggage by rail in the international message approved by the order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine of March 19, 2008 No. 306, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 21, 2008 for No. 238/14929 (with changes) to add with Item 11 of the following content:
"11. The cost of the ticket (without reserved seat) for No. 641/642, modernized D1M diesel train belonging to the state company "Railroad of Moldova", on route Chisinau - Odessa - Chisinau is determined by multiplication of fare in the hard-seated car with places for sitting of the interstate passenger rate determined by tables 1, of 2, on coefficient of indexation of 1,7, of rounding to the whole centimes and multiplication by the rate of Swiss franc to hryvnia established by the National Bank of Ukraine and roundings to the whole kopeks.".
2. To provide to department of state policy in the field of rail transport:
submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure;
promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
