About modification of the Procedure for the admission to profession of the private contractor

According to article 17 of the Law of Ukraine "About the bodies and persons performing forced execution of judgments and decisions of other bodies" I order:

1. Bring in the Procedure for the admission to profession of the private contractor approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of October 25, 2016 No. 3053/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 7, 2016 at No. 1445/29575, the following changes:

Items 1, 3 Sections VI after the word of Ukraine to add 1) with the words "signed by the Minister or his deputy";

2) in appendices to the Procedure:

in appendix 2:

in sample of the certificate of the private contractor:

exclude the word "Minister";

the word "signature" shall be replaced with words "position and the signature of the official";

in the Description of the certificate of the private contractor:

the third offer of the paragraph of the sixth to state in the following edition: "Below - the place for specifying of position and the signature of the official.";

in paragraph eight the word ""Minister"" to exclude;

in appendix 3:

exclude the word "Minister";

the word "signature" shall be replaced with words "position and the signature of the official".

2. To department concerning justice and homeland security of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (Oleynik A. N.) submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
