About modification of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on centralized water supply and drainage system
According to the laws of Ukraine "About state regulation in the field of utilities", "About licensing of types of economic activity", "About the National commission performing state regulation in the field of power and utilities" the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities decides:
1. Bring in the Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on centralized water supply and drainage system approved by the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities of March 22, 2017 No. 307 the following changes:
The subitem 4 of Item 1.7 of Chapter 1 to state 1) in the following edition:
"4) the copy of the document confirming availability of laboratory which has the right to exercise production supervision, or the copy of the contract for accomplishment of such works with the relevant laboratories of other organizations;";
2) in Chapter 4:
the fourth and fifth subitem 4 to state paragraphs in the following edition:
"Carrying out technological control according to the Rules of technical operation of water supply systems and water disposals of settlements of Ukraine approved by the order of the State committee of Ukraine on housing and communal services of July 5, 1995 No. 30 or availability of the contract with the laboratories of other organizations having the right to carrying out such works;
availability of laboratory which has the right to exercise production supervision, or availability of the contract for accomplishment of such works with the relevant laboratories of other organizations;";
the fourth and fifth subitem 5 to state paragraphs in the following edition:
