RESOLUTION OF COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 4, 2016 No. 180

Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the State program "Culture of Belarus" for 2016-2020 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 4, 2016 No. 180 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 23.03. 2016, 5/41814; 15:12. 2016, 5/43023), following changes:

1.1. in paragraph six of part two of Chapter 2 of the word "5 percent" shall be replaced with words "percent 65,1";

1.2. in Chapter 6:

in the paragraph the second to replace parts one of figure "86" with figures "119";

in part five:

in the paragraph the second to replace figures "20" with figures "17";

in paragraph three of figure "20" to replace with figures "83";

in paragraph four to replace figure "5" with figure "1";

1.3. state Chapter 7 in the following edition:

"Chapter 7. Financial provision of implementation of the State program

Sources of financing of actions of the State program are means republican and local budgets, own means of the organizations.

On implementation of the State program means in the amount of 2 945 757 382, 44 rubles, including from the republican budget – 502 125 465 rubles, from local budgets – 1 890 510 457, the 37th ruble, own means of the organizations – 553 121 460, the 07th ruble, including by years will be required:

2016 – 483 354 613, 31 ruble, from them the republican budget – 86 002 734 rubles, local budgets – 310 515 360, the 11th ruble, own means of the organizations – 86 836 519, 2 rubles;

2017 – 529 715 753, 94 rubles, from them the republican budget – 93 078 141 rubles, local budgets – 333 672 985, the 25th ruble, own means of the organizations – 102 964 627, the 69th ruble;

2018 – 586 837 815, 84 rubles, from them the republican budget – 100 666 920 rubles, local budgets – 370 435 782, the 75th ruble, own means of the organizations – 115 735 113, the 09th ruble;

2019 – 639 759 851, the 35th ruble, from them the republican budget – 107 125 890 rubles, local budgets – 408 659 498, the 26th ruble, own means of the organizations – 123 974 463, the 09th ruble;

2020 – 706 089 348 rubles, from them the republican budget – 115 251 780 rubles, local budgets – 467 226 831 rubles, own means of the organizations – 123 610 737 rubles.

The amounts of financing of subprogrammes constitute:

subprogrammes 1 "Heritage" – 931 259 798, the 29th ruble;

subprogrammes 2 "Art and creativity" – 1 921 437 473, the 05th ruble;

subprogrammes 3 "Archives of Belarus" – 90 107 145, the 9th ruble;

subprogrammes 4 "Belarusians in the world" – 2 952 965, 2 rubles.

Financial provision of implementation of the State program is provided according to appendix 2.

The complex of actions of the subprogramme 1 "Heritage" is provided according to appendix 3.

The complex of actions of the subprogramme 2 "Art and creativity" is provided according to appendix 4.

The complex of actions of the subprogramme 3 "Archives of Belarus" is provided according to appendix 5.

The complex of actions of the subprogramme 4 "Belarusians in the world" is provided according to appendix 6.";

1.4. in Chapter 11:

in part one of the Section "Values of Target Indicators of the Subprogramme" of figure "86" to replace with figures "119";

to state part one of the Section "Financial Provision of the Subprogramme" in the following edition:

"The amount of financing of the subprogramme constitutes 931 259 798, the 29th ruble, including from the republican budget – 197 417 286, the 99th ruble, from local budgets – 638 302 003, 91 ruble, at the expense of own means of the organizations – 95 540 507, the 39th ruble, from them by years of realization:

2016 – 154 702 681, 25th ruble;

2017 – 161 213 442, 81 rubles;

2018 – 187 347 866, 65th ruble;

2019 – 205 627 138, 58th ruble;

2020 – 222 368 669 rubles.";

1.5. to state part one of the Section "Financial Provision of the Subprogramme" of Chapter 12 in the following edition:

"The amount of financing of the subprogramme constitutes 1 921 437 473, the 05th ruble, including from the republican budget – 271 524 563, ruble, from local budgets – 1 197 392 788, the 29th ruble, at the expense of own means of the organizations – 452 520 120, the 95th ruble, from them by years of realization:

2016 – 315 047 859, 39th ruble;

2017 – 354 189 740, 04 rubles;

2018 – 379 317 361, 86th ruble;

2019 – 413 532 421, 76th ruble;

2020 – 459 350 090 rubles.";

1.6. to state part one of the Section "Financial Provision of the Subprogramme" of Chapter 13 in the following edition:

"The amount of financing of the subprogramme constitutes 90 107 145, ruble, including from the republican budget – 30 244 269 rubles, from local budgets – 54 802 045, the 17th ruble, at the expense of own means of the organizations – 5 060 831, 73 rubles, from them by years of realization:

2016 – 13 151 357, 47th ruble;

2017 – 13 831 829, 09th ruble;

2018 – 19 503 626, 33 rubles;

2019 – 19 978 464, 01 rubles;

2020 – 23 641 869 rubles.";

1.7. in Chapter 14:

in the Section "Values of Target Indicators of the Subprogramme":

to state part one of the Section "Financial Provision of the Subprogramme" in the following edition:

"The amount of financing of the subprogramme constitutes 2 952 965, 2 rubles, including from the republican budget – 2 939 345, 2 rubles, from local budgets – 13 620 rubles, from them by years of realization:

2016 – The 452nd 715, 2 rubles;

1.8. to be reworded as follows appendices 1-6 to this State program (are applied).
