2. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the minister of agricultural and water economy Z. T. Mirzayev.

1. In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of October 29, 2007 No. UP-3932 "About Measures for Radical Enhancement of System of Meliorative Improvement of Lands":
a) to state the paragraph of the eighth of Item 2 in the following edition:
"implementation of actions, the construction organizations directed to strengthening of material and technical resources specialized on accomplishment of meliorative and other water management works, the operational water management organizations, associations of water consumers and farms, and also other organizations by assignment on returnable basis for acquisition of meliorative and other equipment, machines, the equipment and other means of mechanization, including on the terms of leasing";
b) the fourth item 4 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
