About introduction of amendments and changes in Regulations on order of registration of acts of civil status and issue of documents and (or) references by the bodies registering acts of civil status
For the purpose of enhancement of work of the bodies registering acts of civil status, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Regulations on order of registration of acts of civil status and issue of documents and (or) references by the bodies registering acts of civil status approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 14, 2005 No. 1454 "About procedure for the organization of work with citizens in the bodies registering acts of civil status for issue of the references or other documents containing confirmation of the facts having legal value" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 1, 5/16951; 2007, No. 1, 5/24388; 2010, No. 171, 5/32170; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 28.07.2012, 5/36004), following amendments and change:
1.1. in Item 5 part one:
after the paragraph of the fourth to add part with the paragraph of the following content:
"the information about the died person (personal data) in case of lack of the identity document of the citizen of the Republic of Belarus, and also the foreign citizen or the person without citizenship who is constantly living in the Republic of Belarus – from the state information system "Register of the Population" (further – the register of the population), except for registration of death by foreign institutions;";
the fifth to consider the paragraph the paragraph the sixth;
1.2. add Item 60 with part four of the following content:
"The application is in writing submitted in cases:
if for registration of death the identity document of the dead is not submitted;
