About procedure the bodies registering acts of civil status, the powers

Based on part six of Article 198 and article 199 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus about scrap and family (further - the Code) the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve:

Regulations on order of registration of acts of civil status and issue of documents and (or) references by the bodies registering acts of civil status (are applied);

The regulations on procedure for rendering by the bodies registering acts of civil status of the additional paid services connected with civil registration (are applied).

2. Determine the list of the additional paid services connected with civil registration, rendered by the bodies registering acts of civil status according to appendix 1.

3. Recognize invalid legal acts according to appendix 2.

4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2026.

Appendix 1

The list of the additional paid services connected with civil registration, rendered by the bodies registering acts of civil status

1. Providing solemn situation of registration of marriage in specially equipped premises of the body registering acts of civil status (further - body of registry office) *.

* Specially equipped premises of body of registry office are understood as the room equipped for carrying out civil registration in a festive atmosphere (the hall of ceremonies, the hall of solemn registration, the hall of ceremonies, the ceremonial hall, the ceremonial room and another).

2. Providing solemn situation of registration of marriage according to the individual scenario (ceremony) with use of various elements and attributes in specially equipped premises of body of registry office.

3. Providing solemn situation of registration of marriage in body of registry office, not being specially equipped room (office, the room and another).

4. Providing solemn situation of registration of marriage in consular establishment, and also diplomatic representation of the Republic of Belarus in case of accomplishment of consular functions by it, not being specially equipped room (office, the room and another) (without presence of guests).

5. Providing solemn situation of registration of marriage out of premises of body of registry office.

6. Providing solemn situation of registration of marriage according to the individual scenario (ceremony) with use of various elements and attributes out of premises of body of registry office.

7. Providing solemn situation of registration of the birth in specially equipped premises of body of registry office.

8. Providing solemn situation of registration of the birth according to the individual scenario (ceremony) with use of various elements and attributes in specially equipped premises of body of registry office.

9. Providing solemn situation of registration of the birth in body of registry office, not being specially equipped room (office, the room and another).

10. Providing solemn situation of registration of the birth in consular establishment, and also diplomatic representation of the Republic of Belarus in case of accomplishment of consular functions by it, not being specially equipped room (office, the room and another) (without presence of guests).

11. Holding the ceremonies connected with marriage.
