About approval of changes and additions which are made to some orders of the Government

For the purpose of execution of provisions of part (2) articles VI of the Law No. 151 of July 1, 2016 on modification and amendments in some legal acts (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 265-276, 573) DECIDES: the Government

Approve:

1) changes and additions which are made to some orders of the Government, according to appendix No. 1;

2) the list of the orders of the Government which are recognized invalid, according to appendix No. 2.

Changes and additions which are made to some orders of the Government

1. In the Regulations on procedure for acquisition and loss of nationality of the Republic of Moldova approved by the Order of the Government No. 197 of March 12, 2001. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, Art. No. 31-34, 232), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

1) in the subitem and) Item 2, in the subitem h) Item 5 and in the subitem d) Item 9 of the word "-the identity certificate - for persons behind whom the status of the stateless person or refugee is acknowledged" shall be replaced with words "-the identity certificate for stateless persons, the identity certificate for refugees or the identity certificate for beneficiaries of humanitarian protection";

To add 2) respectively with Items 2/1, 5/1 and 9/1 of the following content:
