Procedure for sale, acquisition and commodity exportation (works, services) under the contracts signed at the exchange and exhibition and fair biddings, No. 174 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of April 15, 1999 (joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1999, No. 4, Art. 19), to add with Item 8-1 of the following content:
"8-1. Through clearing houses of the exchanges and fairs calculations and settlement only for the transactions which were registered at the exchanges and fairs are perfromed.
