3) regulations of the state service "Assignment of sports ranks: "Honoured Master of Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan", "world class master of sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan", "Master of Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan", "The honored trainer of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and qualification categories: the trainer of the highest level of qualification of the highest category, the trainer of the average level of qualification of the highest category, the methodologist of the highest level of qualification of the highest category, the methodologist of the average level of qualification of the highest category, the instructor-athlete of the highest level of qualification of the highest category, the national sports judge of the highest category, the national sports judge" according to appendix 3 to this order;
