Declare invalid the order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for sport and physical culture of March 4, 2014 No. 72 "About approval of regulations of the state services rendered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for sport and physical culture" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 9230, No. 187 published in the Egemen Kazakstan newspaper of September 25, 2014 (28410); "The Kazakhstan truth" of September 25, 2014 No. 187 (27808).

3. To committee on cases of sport and physical culture of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Kanagatov E. B.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order its direction on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

4) submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by this Item within ten working days from the date of execution of actions.

Regulations of the state service "Accreditation of Republican and Regional Sports Federations"

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The state service is Committee on cases of sport and physical culture of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the service provider) according to the Standard of the state service "Accreditation of Republican and Regional Sports Federations" approved by the order of the Minister for Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 17, 2015 No. 139, registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 11276 (further - the standard).
