About modification and amendments in some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - Item 14 of appendix to the Law on the Regulations on procedure for the solution of questions of the administrative-territorial device of the Republic of Moldova No. 741/1996 (1996, 216), with subsequent changes, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 20-21, in the following edition:
"14. Administrative and territorial units are subject to registration in the State register of administrative and territorial units and addresses.".
Art. II. - Part (4) article 13 of the Law on fundamentals of town planning and arrangement of the territory No. 835/1996 (1997, Art. No. 1-2, 2), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with Item m) the following content:
"m) establishment of ways of movement, zones of social movement, and also to assignment of numbers of the address to objects of addressing.".
Art. III. - In the Law on the inventory of real estate No. 1543/1998 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, Art. No. 44-46, 318), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes:
1. In Item j) parts (2) Article 11 of the word "The State Register of Administrative and Territorial Units and Streets of Settlements in the territory of the Republic of Moldova"; "shall be replaced with words" the state register of administrative and territorial units and addresses".
2. Part (4) Article 13 to recognize invalid.
Art. IV. - The law on the administrative-territorial device of the Republic of Moldova No. 764/2001 (2002, No. 16, Art. 53), with subsequent changes and amendments, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with article 18/1 of the following content:
"Art. 18/1. - Administrative and territorial units are subject to registration in the State register of administrativnoterritorialny units and addresses.".
