About modification and amendments in the Charter of National Bank of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan
For the purpose of further maintenance of level of capitalization, increase in financial stability of National Bank of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also ensuring accomplishment by National Bank of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan of tasks on financing of the Program for construction of available apartment houses according to standard projects in the rural zone for 2017 the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Make changes and addition to the Charter of National Bank of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of January 21, 1993 No. 45, according to appendix.
2. To provide to National Bank of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the procedure established by the legislation registration in the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan of changes and the amendments in the Charter of bank brought according to this resolution.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan D. A. Kuchkarov and the chairman of the board of National Bank of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan S. R. Holmurodova.
