1. Approve:

The charter of National Bank of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1;

structure of Council of National Bank of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - Council) according to appendix No. 2.

2. To provide to National Bank of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the procedure established by the legislation registration in the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan of the Charter approved by this resolution.

3. Declare invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 3.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan S. R. Holmuradov and the chairman of the board of National Bank of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. K. Mirsoatov.

Charter of National Bank of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. This Charter determines the status, the main objectives, functions, the rights and responsibility, procedure for the organization of activities of National Bank of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - Bank), and also the transactions performed by it.

2. Founder of Bank is the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - the Founder).

3. The bank is legal entity in the form of the unitary enterprise founded on the right of economic maintaining has separate balance, can acquire on its own behalf the rights and perform duties, to be claimant and the defendant in court.

The bank owns, uses and disposes of the property belonging to it on the right of economic maintaining, and also other property, acquired (received) during implementation of banking activity and being in property of Bank, according to the procedure, established by the legislation and this Charter.

4. The bank, its branches and representations have seal with the image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Uzbekistan and with the name in state language, and also stamps, forms with the name in the Uzbek, English and Russian languages. The bank has own emblem.
