1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 20, 2014 No. 62 "About approval of provisions of public institution "Committee of ecological regulation, control and state inspection in oil and gas complex of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and its territorial authorities" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 9824, published on November 10, 2014 in information system of law of Ad_let) the following changes:
To be reworded as follows provision of public institution "Committee of ecological regulation, control and state inspection in oil and gas complex of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan" according to appendix 1 to this order.
Regulations on territorial authority - department of ecology of the respective area, the cities of Astana and Almaty of Committee of ecological regulation, control and the state inspection in oil and gas complex of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 2 to this order.
