About modification and amendments in the order of the Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 30, 2015 No. 544 "About approval of Rules of technical operation of rail transport"

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 30, 2015 No. 544 "About approval of Rules of technical operation of rail transport" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 11897, published on September 7, 2015 in information system of law of Ad_let) the following changes and amendments:
in the Rules of technical operation of rail transport approved by the specified order:
44) of Item 2 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"44) long descent - descent in case of values of the steepness and extent according to appendix 1 to these rules;";
add with Item 258 of the following content:
"258. Participants of transportation process and owners of railway rolling stock provide information on the made planned repairs of railway rolling stock, and also main, station and sidings to authorized body in form, according to appendix 2 to these rules, no later than thirty calendar days from the moment of repair completion.";
the right upper corner of appendix to the specified Rules to state in the following edition:
"appendix 1
to Rules of technical operation of rail transport";
add with appendix 2 according to appendix to this order.
2. To provide to committee of transport of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
