According to the subitem 2 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 17, 2015 No. 423, for the purpose of ensuring realization of procedure for provision by the Public fiscal service of Ukraine of information from the State register of physical persons - taxpayers about availability of the income and sources of their obtaining by physical persons which provide social services, we ORDER:
1. The paragraph one of Item 2 of the order of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of May 8, 2015 No. 492/497 "About approval of the Procedure for provision by the Public fiscal service of Ukraine of information from the State register of physical persons taxpayers on availability of the income and sources of their obtaining by physical persons which provide social services", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 25, 2015 at No. 594/27039, to state in the following edition:
"2. Determine the parties of exchange of information structural divisions concerning social protection of the population of district, district public administrations, executive bodies in the city of Kiev city, district in the cities (in case of their creation) councils and the Public fiscal service of Ukraine.".
