1. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1.
2. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan D. A. Kuchkarov and the chairman of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on assistance to the privatized companies and development of the competition of R. A. Gulyamov.

1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 07.08.2019 No. 650
2. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of April 12, 1996 No. 147 "About introduction of scale of charges on compensation of employees of state governing bodies, judicial authorities and notary offices":
a) in the name of appendix No. 3 of the word "privatizations, demonopolizations" shall be replaced with words to "assistance to the privatized companies";
b) in the name of appendix No. 9 of the word "privatizations, demonopolizations" shall be replaced with words to "assistance to the privatized companies".

In the paragraph the second Item 5 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of April 25, 1997 "About measures for enhancement of public service of the population in the conditions of market economy of" the word "of privatization, demonopolization" shall be replaced with words No. 211 to "assistance to the privatized companies".
4. In items 4 and the 5th resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of April 24, 1998 No. 177 "About measures for ensuring implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 4, 1998 No. UP-1938 "About Strengthening of Responsibility of Officials for Economic Insolvency of Business Entities and Execution of Contractual Commitments"" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1998, No. 4, the Art. 17) words "privatizations, demonopolizations" shall be replaced with words to "assistance to the privatized companies".
6. In paragraph four of item 4 of the Standard regulations on the Commission on the organization of city passenger traffic approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of August 17, 1998 No. 350, of the word "GAI, GNK, Committee on Privatization, Demonopolization and Development of the Competition" shall be replaced with words "GSBDD, GNK, Goskomkonkurention".
7. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of July 26, 1999 No. 362 "About additional measures for implementation of the legislation on bankruptcy of the companies" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1999, No. 7, the Art. 42):
