According to article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About allowing activities in the field of use of nuclear energy", for the purpose of enhancement of regulatory framework in the field of use of nuclear energy I order:
1. Approve Changes in Regulations on the list and requirements concerning form and content of the documents submitted for receipt of the license for the implementation of separate types of activity in the field of use of nuclear energy approved by the order of the State inspection of nuclear regulation of Ukraine of August 6, 2012 No. 153, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 29, 2012 at No. 1453/21765, which are applied.
2. To provide to legal support division of regulatory activities (Matveev V. G.) submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. I reserve control of execution of this order.
