Official publication organs

According to the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan Laws and the international legal acts recognised by Tajikistan come into force after their official publication.

The constitutional laws, laws, obligatory regulatory legal acts, and also the international legal acts recognised by the Republic of Tajikistan, are published in open official publications (except the act containing the state and other secret protected by the law) and enter validity under condition of their publication in these editions. The regulatory legal acts mentioning the rights, freedoms and duties of the person and the citizen, are not applied, if they are not published officially for general data.

Press organs, commercial and noncommercial publishing houses, individuals have no right to issue the adopted regulatory legal acts before their official publication.

At the publication of laws of the Republic of Tajikistan in other mass media the reference to an official source of the edition is obligatory.

According to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan «About regulatory legal acts» Laws of the Republic of Tajikistan no later than fifteen days after signing by the President of the Republic of Tajikistan are published in a state language in the Dzhumkhuriyat newspaper, and also in "The code of laws of the Republic of Tajikistan" and "Akhbori Madzhlisi Olya of the Republic of Tajikistan".

Laws of the Republic of Tajikistan are published in "The code of laws of the Republic of Tajikistan" and Akhbori Madzhlisi Olya of the Republic of Tajikistan" in a state language and language of international communication, publication in a state language is considered official publication.

According to a part 4 of article 10 of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan the international legal acts recognised by the Republic of Tajikistan come into force after their official publication.

The international legal acts recognised by the Republic of Tajikistan, are published in official publications of the Republic of Tajikistan – the Dzhumkhuriyat newspaper, "The code of laws of the Republic of Tajikistan" and "Akhbori Madzhlisi Olya of the Republic of Tajikistan" in the order established by the real Law.

The international legal acts recognised by the Republic of Tajikistan, but prisoners (signed) not in a state language, after the statement of translation into a state language of their official text, are published by the representative on that state authority in original language and a state language.

"Akhbori Madzhlisi Olya of the Republic of Tajikistan" is Madzhlisi Olya's official publication of the Republic of Tajikistan, published monthly in a state language and language of international communication.

Also annexes to regulatory legal acts are published.

Publication of regulatory legal acts in an incomplete look or the quotes taken from them is not allowed.

Laws and other regulatory legal acts placed and published in "Akhbori Malzhlisi Olya of the Republic of Tajikistan", admit a basis of chronological collection of the current legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.

"The code of laws of the Republic of Tajikistan" is the official publication of the Republic of Tajikistan and is printed in a state language and language of international communication in the form of being replaced sheets for the purpose of updating of its material in process of further development and legislation improvement. In the Code of laws of the Republic of Tajikistan join standard and legal, accepted after September 9, 1991.

Founders of the newspaper are the President of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan. The newspaper in the activity submits to the President and the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan. The newspaper is founded on the basis of reorganisation of editorial office of the republican newspaper "Dzhumkhuriyat", as the political edition of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan. The newspaper as an official republican publication is issued in the Tajik language by the A-2 format. The newspaper, being the legal entity, carries out the production economic activity on the terms of economic independence, cost accounting and financial support of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan. Circulation at the state weekly "Dzhumkhuriyat" — 21 thousand.
