In Item 2 of Rules of numerous crossing of frontier of the Russian Federation by the Russian aircrafts performing delivery of people, loads and goods from the territory of the Russian Federation on the artificial islands, installations and constructions located in exclusive economic zone or on the continental shelf of the Russian Federation or from the specified artificial islands, installations and constructions on the territory of the Russian Federation out of the allocated air passage without passing boundary, customs (regarding making of the customs transactions connected with arrival (departure) of courts) and other types of control approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 17, 2015 No. 1115 "About approval of Rules of numerous crossing of frontier of the Russian Federation by the Russian aircrafts performing delivery of people, loads and goods from the territory of the Russian Federation on artificial islands the installations and constructions located in exclusive economic zone or on the continental shelf of the Russian Federation or from the specified artificial islands, installations and constructions on the territory of the Russian Federation out of the allocated air passage without passing boundary, customs (regarding making of the customs transactions connected with arrival (departure) of courts) and other types of control" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 43, the Art. 5974), the words "24 hours" shall be replaced with words "4 hours".
