Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In the Regulations on Government commission on import substitution approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 4, 2015 No. 785 "About Government commission on import substitution" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 32, the Art. 4773):

a) in the paragraph the second Item 11:

the offer first to add with words ", and in case of their temporary absence - their deputies based on the relevant order";

the offer second to exclude;

b) the offer first of paragraph one of Item 12 to add with words ", and in case of their temporary absence - their deputies based on the relevant order";

c) add with Item 12 (1) the following content:

"12(1). The commission on the decision of the commission chairman can make decisions by holding written poll of members of the commission (correspondence voting).

The opinion of the member of the commission on case in point is represented in the Commission and is considered if it is provided no later than the vote of term established for the termination which is specified in the questionnaire.

In case of determination of results of correspondence voting the voices of members of the commission which arrived at the scheduled time only on those questions on which in the questionnaire only one of possible options of vote is noted are set off.
