About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation regarding enhancement of the state land supervision

2. To the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation in 5-month time from the date of entry into force of this resolution to approve indicators of risk of violation of mandatory requirements when implementing of the state land supervision by Federal Registration Service.
3. Realization of the powers provided by this resolution is performed by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and Federal Registration Service within the number of workers, and also budgetary appropriations provided in the federal budget on management and management in the field of the established functions established by the Government of the limiting Russian Federation.
