About entering of amendments into the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of January 26, 1994 No. 38 "About the national compulsory insurance of the military personnel and persons liable for call-up, faces of the private and the commanding structure"
For the purpose of strengthening of social security of the military personnel of the private and the commanding structure of Special emergency and recovery management of the Ministry of development of information technologies and communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Make additions to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of January 26, 1994 No. 38 "About the national compulsory insurance of the military personnel and persons liable for call-up, faces of the private and the commanding structure" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1994, No. 1, the Art. 6) according to appendix.
2. To the ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the acting minister on development of information technologies and communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh. H. Shermatov and Information analysis department concerning culture, information systems and telecommunications of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
