About modification and amendments in some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 27, 2007 No. 1829 "About some questions of interaction of registering bodies with republican state bodies and other organizations for state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, and also tax and customs authorities with banks, the non-bank credit and financial organizations and to other questions" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 5, 5/26480; 2009, No. 41, 5/29263; No. 174, 5/30194; 2010, No. 136, 5/31977; 2012, No. 57, 5/35702):
1.1.1. to state the name of the resolution in the following edition:
"About the automated information system "Interaction";
1.1.2. in the Regulations on the automated information system "Interaction" approved by this resolution:
in Item 2:
third to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"the electronic statement - the electronic document containing the information about the legal entity (individual entrepreneur), sent by registering body to bank, the non-bank credit and financial organization for opening of the current (settlement) bank account. The form of the electronic statement affirms the Ministry of Justice;";
add Item with the paragraph the fourth the following content:
"electronic bank inquiry - the electronic document of bank, non-bank credit and financial organization containing information on accounting number of the payer, the name of the legal entity, surname, own name, middle name (if that is available) the individual entrepreneur concerning which the request is constituted.";
