About modification of some presidential decrees of Ukraine

According to Items 1 and 17 of part one of Article 106 and article 112 of the Constitution of Ukraine I decide:

1. Make changes to the following presidential decrees of Ukraine:

1) Item 9 of the Regulations on the Anti-terrorist center and its coordination panels under regional bodies of the Security Service of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 14, 1999 No. 379 (in edition of the Decree of April 25, 2013 No. 236), after words of "The chairman of the Public penitentiary service of Ukraine" to add with words of "the commander of National guard of Ukraine";

2) in Article 2 of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of November 7, 2001 No. 1053 "About approval of regulations on passing of military service the corresponding categories of the military personnel" (in edition of the Decree of December 10, 2008 No. 1153, with the changes made by the Decree of December 29, 2009 No. 1115) of the word of "internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "National guard of Ukraine";

3) in appendix No. 5 to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of March 21, 2002 No. 277 "About lists of positions of the military personnel and employees of the law enforcement agencies which are subject to substitution by faces of the highest officer (bossy) structure, and limiting military and special ranks on these positions" (in edition of the Decree of March 17, 2005 No. 484, with the changes made by Decrees of March 24, 2008 No. 260, of October 23, 2009 No. 857 and of August 22, 2013 No. 439):

a) exclude the Section "Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine";

b) add appendix with the Section of the following content:
