About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus
For the purpose of further enhancement of conditions of provision to citizens of the state support for construction (reconstruction) or acquisition of premises I decide:
1. "About the state support of citizens for construction (reconstruction) of premises" to state Item 13 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 4, 2017 to No. 240 in the following edition:
"13. Giving and consideration of the applications about provision of financial support according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 22, 2007 No. 585 "About provision to young and large families of financial support of the state" in debt repayment on the loans granted according to the credit agreements concluded before entry into force of this Item, acceptance according to such statements of decisions and their execution are performed according to earlier existing legislation.".
2. This Decree becomes effective since August 7, 2017.
