Bring in the Air code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 1997, No. 12, Art. 1383; 2005, No. 13, Art. 1078; 2007, No. 1, Art. 29; No. 50, Art. 6244; 2011, No. 7, Art. 901; 2012, No. 25, Art. 3268; 2013, No. 23, Art. 2882; 2014, No. 16, Art. 1836; No. 30, Art. 4254) following changes:
1) in Article 85:
a) in Item 1 of the word "including the things which are in case of passengers" shall be replaced with words "hand luggage";
b) in paragraph one of Item 2 of the word "including the things which are in case of passengers" shall be replaced with words "hand luggage";
2) in Article 103:
a) state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Under the agreement of airborne transportation of the passenger the carrier shall transport the passenger of the aircraft in destination with provision to it places on the aircraft making the flight specified in the ticket, and in case of delivery by the passenger of the aircraft of baggage shall deliver baggage in destination and issue to the passenger of the aircraft or person authorized by it on receipt of baggage.
The agreement of airborne transportation of the passenger providing condition about return of transportation payment in case of agreement cancelation of airborne transportation of the passenger shall provide regulation of free conveyance. In case of the conclusion of such agreement the passenger of the aircraft shall pay airborne transportation, and in the presence it baggage has a lot of free conveyance also transportation of this baggage.
The regulation of free conveyance is established by carrier and provides quantity of pieces of luggage and weight of baggage on one passenger of the aircraft. At the same time the regulation of free conveyance cannot provide less than ten kilograms on one passenger of the aircraft.
