Shall be replaced with words 1) in part one of Article 5 of the word "made for deliveries to foreign states according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Russian Federation" "carried to military products in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation about military and technical cooperation with foreign states";
2) in part three of Article 16 of the word "other states according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words "foreign states in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation about military and technical cooperation with foreign states";
3) in Article 17:
a) state part one in the following edition:
"Import to the Russian Federation and export from the Russian Federation of the weapon relating to military products when implementing foreign trade activity concerning the specified products are performed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation about military and technical cooperation with foreign states. In other cases import to the Russian Federation and export from the Russian Federation of weapon are performed according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Russian Federation.";
