Item 1 of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of June 25, 2015 No. 1059/5 "Some questions of determination of the administrator Edinykh and the State registers which holder is the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 25, 2015 at No. 754/27199 (with changes) to state in the following edition:
"1. Determine the state company "National Information Systems" the administrator Edinykh and the State registers which creation and ensuring functioning is within the competence of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (further - the administrator Edinykh and the State registers).
The administrator Edinykh and the State registers performs measures for creation, implementation and support of the software of registers, is responsible for their technical and technological support, preserving and data protection, performs technical and technological actions for provision, blocking and cancellation of access to these registers, and also other actions (actions), stipulated by the legislation.
