Some questions by determination of the administrator Edinykh and the State registers which holder is the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine
According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 14, 1999 "Some questions of administration State and Unified registers which holder is the Ministry of Justice" the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 5, 2015 No. 628-r "Some questions of enhancement of system of identification of the personality and functioning of the state and unified registers" and item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 228, for the purpose of optimization of ensuring functioning of Unified and State registers I order to No. 1272:
1. Determine the state company "National Information Systems" the administrator Edinykh and the State registers which creation and ensuring functioning is within the competence of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (further - the administrator Edinykh and the State registers).
The administrator Edinykh and the State registers performs measures for creation, implementation and support of the software of registers, is responsible for their technical and technological support, preserving and data protection, performs technical and technological actions for provision, blocking and cancellation of access to these registers, and also other actions (actions), stipulated by the legislation.
Within administration Edinykh and Gosudarstvennykh of registers the administrator Edinykh and the State registers performs measures for creation, implementation and maintenance, information and to maintenance, upgrade of web resources and web services of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, provides in the cases determined by the legislation, services in the field of functioning Edinykh and Gosudarstvennykh of registers performs the technical and technological maintenance of information exchange of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and the administrator Edinykh and the State registers for the purpose of the operational solution of questions concerning functioning of registers.
2. Approve Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine concerning determination of the administrator Edinykh and the State registers which holder is the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine which are applied.
3. To department of the civil, financial legislation and legislation concerning land relations () submit A.N. Ferens this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister Sevostyanov N. I.

In the paragraph the second Item 1.4 of Section 1 of the Instruction on procedure and conditions of receipt of information from information fund of the Unified state register of regulatory legal acts approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of June 26, 2002 No. 57/5, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on June 27, 2002 for No. 546/6834 (with changes), the words "state company "Information center" of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "the state company "National Information Systems".
2. Actually ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Ministry of Justice of 05.08.2016 No. 2432/5.
3. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for delivery, storage, accounting and the reporting of expenditure of special forms of documents of information system of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of July 14, 2004 No. 67/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 14, 2004 for No. 878/9477, such changes:
1) in Item 1.3 of Chapter 1 of the word "the state company "Information center" of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (further-Gosinformyust)" shall be replaced with words "the state company "National Information Systems";
2) in the text of the Provision the word "Gosinformyust" in all cases shall be replaced with words "the state company "National information systems" in the corresponding cases.
4. In Item 1 of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of July 07, 2006 No. 57/5 "About determination of registrars of the State register of encumbrances of personal estate", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 7, 2006 at No. 802/12676 (with changes), the words "state company "Information center" of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "the state company "National Information Systems".
5. In Item 3 of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of December 28, 2006 No. 111/5 "About introduction of the Unified register of powers of attorney and modification and amendments in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 28, 2006 on No. 1378/13252 (with changes), the words "state company "Information center" of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "the state company "National information systems".
6. In Item 1.4 of Section 1 of the Regulations on the Unified register of powers of attorney approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of December 28, 2006 No. 111/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 28, 2006 on No. 1378/13252 (with changes), the words "state company "Information center" of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "the state company "National Information Systems".
7. Bring in Regulations on the State register of printing mass media and news agencies as subjects of information activities, approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of June 21, 2007 No. 412/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 21, 2007 at No. 689/13956 (with changes), the following changes:
1) in the Section I:
in Items 1. 3, 1.6 words "state company "Information center" of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "the state company "National Information Systems";
