1. Approve the Procedure and conditions of provision in 2014 for subvention from the government budget to local budgets on holding actions for the celebration of the 200 anniversary since the birth of Taras Shevchenko which are applied.
2. Permit to carry out during the budget period maintenance costs of the Shevchenkovsky national reserve and the National reserve "Taras Shevchenko's Homeland" (including accomplishment of project and estimate works and works on reconstruction of underground part of the building of the museum of T. G. Shevchenko in Kanev of the Cherkassk region, works of capital nature and works on improvement) at the same time from the state and local budgets.
3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

2. The main manager of subvention is the Ministry of culture.
The manager of subvention is determined by the decision of the Cherkassk regional council on such budget according to the legislation by regional budgets of the Cherkassk region.
