1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. Item 9 of appendix 2 to the Regulations on the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1592 "Questions of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2001, No. 106, 5/9345; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 14.03. 2013, 5/36976) to exclude;
1.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 16, 2016 No. 19 "About some questions of declaring of the income and property by government employees and other categories of persons" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 22.01. 2016, 5/41559):
add the resolution with Item 2-1 of the following content:
"2-1. Cost determination of the property specified in paragraphs the fourth or seventh and ninth to part one of article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About fight against corruption" for the purpose of establishment of need of its declaring is made by person obliged to perform declaring of the income and property, independently in the relation:
