About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About reproductive health and the reproductive rights of the person"

Article 1. In Item 2 of part 1 of article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of ZR-474 of December 11, 2002 "About reproductive health and the reproductive rights of the person" the words "surgical intervention" shall be replaced with words "medical intervention".
Article 2. Regarding the 4th article 11 of the Law of the word "the state authorized body of management in the field of health care" to replace with the word "Government".
Article 3. In article 15 of the Law:
Part 5 to state 1) in the following edition:
"5. Substitute mother cannot be the donor of ovum at the same time.",
2) part 13 to recognize invalid.
Article 4. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
