About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 11, 2006 No. 8 and of February 22, 2008 No. 73

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring the following changes in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:

1) appendices 1-1, 2, 3 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 11, 2006 No. 8 "Some questions of compensation payments in foreign currency to the employees of diplomatic service sent to long-term business trip" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2006, No. 3, Art. 87; 2011, No. 56, Art. 2249; 2016, 61, 2086) to state No. to the Art. in edition which is applied;

2) Item 9 of the Procedure for determination of regulations of expense recovery in foreign currency to the employees of diplomatic service sent to long-term business trip, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of February 22, 2008 to No. 73 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 15, Art. 380; 2008, No. 47, the Art. 1534), after paragraph one to add with the new paragraph of the following content:

"If new regulations of expense recovery in the current budget period are entered, for determination of regulations of expense recovery the indicators provided by Items 2 and 7 of this Procedure for the corresponding periods of last year are considered.".

With respect thereto to consider paragraph two the paragraph third.

2. This resolution becomes effective since August 1, 2017.
