About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning application risk - the oriented approach when implementing separate types of the state supervision and licensed control

2. Determine that the Ministry of the Russian Federation for civil defense, to emergency situations and natural disaster response performs organizational and legal support of application risk - the oriented approach when implementing federal state supervision in the field of protection of the population and the territories against emergency situations of natural and technogenic nature and the state supervision in the field of civil defense regarding, to emergency situations and natural disaster response of the functions and powers assigned to the Ministry of the Russian Federation for civil defense in the specified fields of activity.
3. Realization of the powers provided by this resolution is performed within the established extreme number of staff of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for civil defense, to emergency situations and natural disaster response, and also the budgetary appropriations provided to the Ministry in the federal budget on management and management in the field of the established functions.
4. The subitem "b" of Item 1 and the subitem "b" of Item of 2 changes approved by this resolution become effective since January 1, 2018.
