"The provision of this Item does not extend to citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, and also citizens of the states which legislation fixes use of Russian as official, performing the business and labor activity in the territory of the Russian Federation which is directly connected with control of vehicles.".
This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
