1) in part 15 of Article 34 of the word "45 and 46" shall be replaced with words "45, 46, 51 and 52";

2) in Article 93:

a) part 1:

add with Item of 51 following contents:

"51) implementation of purchases of legal services for the purpose of ensuring protection of interests of the Russian Federation in foreign both international courts and arbitration, and also in bodies of foreign states;";

"52) implementation of purchases of goods, works, services of the state protection by bodies for the purpose of implementation of measures for implementation of the state protection.
