1. According to the procedure of confirmation of production of industrial output in the territory of the Russian Federation, approved by the specified order:

a) to state subitems "l" and "m" of Item 2 in the following edition:

"k) data on availability of the appraisal certificate of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation on compliance to the made industrial output to requirements of Appendix to the resolution No. 719 (further - the appraisal certificate);

l) data on availability of the certificate of origin (products) according to which the Russian Federation is the country of goods' origin (products), the State Party of the Agreement on Rules of determination of the country of goods' origin issued by authorized body (organization) in the Commonwealth of Independent States of November 20, 2009 (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 34, the Art. 4950) (further - the certificate of CT-1), in case of lack of the made industrial output in Appendix to the resolution No. 719;";

b) in item 4 of the word "Department of International Cooperation" shall be replaced with words "Strategic development department and project management";

c) Items 5 - 7 to state in the following edition:

"5. The department within 5 working days from the date of receipt in the Ministry of the statement with the enclosed documents performs check of completeness of the documents enclosed to the application according to Item 3 presents of the Procedure.

6. By results of the check specified in Item 5 of this Procedure, the Department directs the submitted application with the enclosed documents to the relevant industry department of the Ministry with the certificate of completeness of the enclosed documents.

7. The industry department of the Ministry within 20 working days taking into account information containing in the reference provided by Department performs verification of the statement with the enclosed documents on compliance to requirements of Items 2, 3 presents of the Procedure and by results of check:

a) if it is revealed that the statement and the enclosed documents are submitted with violation of requirements of Items 2, 3 presents of the Procedure, returns it to the applicant the letter signed by the director of industry department of the Ministry (or persons, it replacing) with indication of return reason;

b) in case of compliance of the statement and the enclosed documents to requirements of Items 2, 3 presents of the Procedure, confirmation signed by the director of industry department of the Ministry sends to the applicant (or persons, it replacing).";

d) Items 8, 9 and 11 to recognize invalid;

e) in Item 12 of the word "3 years" shall be replaced with words "one year";

e) add Item 13 with the offer of the following content:

"The list is posted on the official site of the Ministry on the information and telecommunication Internet.".

2. According to the procedure of determination of differences of the parameters of industrial output concerning functional purpose or the list of the carried-out functions, scope, quality characteristics (duration of warranty period, expiration date or service life, reliability, power consumption, ecological compatibility, the physical, chemical, mechanical, organoleptic properties which are not relating only to appearance of industrial output and essentially influencing functional purpose, scope or quality characteristics of industrial output), from parameters of the industrial output made in the Russian Federation, approved by the specified order:

a) in Item 3 of the word "Department of International Cooperation" shall be replaced with words "Strategic development department and project management";

b) item 4 in paragraph one to replace figure "3" with figure "10";

c) Item 5 in paragraph one to replace figure "3" with figure "10";

d) Item 12 in paragraph one the word "Department" shall be replaced with words "the relevant industry department of the Ministry";

e) in Item 13 shall be replaced with words the word of "Department" "industry department of the Ministry";

e) in Item 14 of the word "3 years" shall be replaced with words "one year".
