About cancellation of the Order of Ministry for Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources of November 05, 2004 No. 434

1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of protection of the surrounding environment of Ukraine of November 05, 2004 No. 434 "About approval of the Procedure for approval by nature protection bodies of materials concerning withdrawal (redemption), provision of the parcels of land", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 22, 2004 for No. 1470/10069.
2. To management of protection of land and water resources (Kolmaz Yu. T.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Poluyko V. Yu.
