According to Articles 118, of 123, of 124, of 151 Land code of Ukraine, the Regulations on the Ministry of protection of the surrounding environment of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 10.02.2004 of N176 (with changes), for the purpose of ordering of reconciliation procedure by nature protection bodies of materials concerning withdrawal (redemption), provision of the parcels of land, I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for approval by nature protection bodies of materials concerning withdrawal (redemption), provisions of the parcels of land it (is applied).

2. Recognize as N228 "About Ordering of Approval of Materials of Withdrawal (Redemption) and Provision of the Parcels of Land for Public and Other Requirements" which voided the order of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine of June 18, 2002 and the order of the Ministry of protection of the surrounding environment of Ukraine of June 11, 2004 N231 "About Approval of Methodical Recommendations concerning Procedure for Approval by Nature Protection Bodies of Materials of Withdrawal (Redemption), Provision of the Parcels of Land".

3. Of territorial authorities and special divisions to provide to heads of the structural divisions of the Ministry of protection of the surrounding environment of Ukraine formed in its structure of governmental bodies of public administration, specially authorized body of the executive authority in the field of protection of the surrounding environment in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea observance of the Procedure for approval by nature protection bodies of materials concerning withdrawal (redemption), provision of the parcels of land.

4. To department of biotic, water, land resources and econetwork (to Movchan Ya. I.) provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister A. Gritsenko.

1. General provisions

1.1. The procedure for approval by nature protection bodies of materials concerning withdrawal (redemption), provision of the parcels of land (further - the Procedure) is developed according to Land, Lesnoy and Water codes of Ukraine, the Code of Ukraine about subsoil, the Laws of Ukraine "About protection of the surrounding environment", "About protection of lands", "About land management", "About the state control of use and protection of lands", "About ecological network of Ukraine", "About natural and reserved fund of Ukraine", other regulatory legal acts.

1.2. This Procedure extends to Ministries for Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources formed in its structure governmental bodies of public administration, specially authorized body of the executive authority in the field of protection of the surrounding environment in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, territorial authorities and special divisions (daleeprirodookhranny bodies).
