Bring in the Procedure for appointment and payment of the government public assistance to needy families approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 24, 2003 No. 250 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2003, No. 9, Art. 394; 2016, No. 5, the Art. 275), changes which are applied.

1. Add Item 25 with the paragraph of the following content:
"In case of the termination of registration as the jobless face included in family composition for the reasons provided by paragraphs the seventeenth (except the termination of registration in case of employment independently), the nineteenth - the twenty second subitem 1 and the subitem 2 of Item 37 of the Order of registration, re-registration of the unemployed and accounting of persons who are looking for work, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of March 20, 2013 No. 198 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 26, the Art. 859), - since the month following after month in which registration of the unemployed according to jobcenters is stopped.".
2. Add Item 27 with the paragraph of the following content:
"Informing social security authorities of the population concerning observance by the jobless able-bodied member of needy family of the legislation on employment regarding assistance to the employment and the termination of registration as the jobless face included in structure of needy family is performed by jobcenters to the 10th following reporting.".
