DECIDES:

1. Approve the list of ways and directions of transit of excise goods through the territory of Ukraine and Items on customs border through which import and export of these goods is performed (are applied).

2. Approve deadlines of transit of excise goods automobile and by rail through the territory of Ukraine (are applied).

3. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 21, 1995 No. 750 "About approval of the list of ways and directions of transit of goods through the territory of Ukraine and Items on customs border of Ukraine through which import to Ukraine and export from Ukraine of goods is performed".
