Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of May 22, 2000 "About social servicing" in edition of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 13, 2012 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2000, No. 50, 2/170; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 26.07.2012, 2/1979; 28.07. 2016, 2/2411) following changes and amendments:
1. State Articles 1 and 2 in the following edition:
"Article 1. The main terms applied in this Law and their determinations
For the purposes of this Law the following main terms and their determinations are applied:
the state social order - the mechanism of involvement of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs to rendering social services and implementation of social projects;
social service - the activities in the field of social servicing for rendering the help to the citizen for the purpose of assistance in the prevention, overcoming difficult life situation and (or) adaptation to it which are not connected with rendering financial support;
social servicing - set of measures for the organization and rendering social services, to assistance of activation of own efforts of citizens on the prevention, overcoming difficult life situation and (or) adaptation to it;
the social project - complex of organizational and technical actions for the solution of the social problems of certain group of citizens which are in difficult life situation;
difficult life situation - the circumstance (set of circumstances) which is objectively worsening conditions of life activity or posing hazard to life and (or) health of the citizen which effects he is not able to overcome independently.
Article 2. Coverage of this Law
This Law governs the public relations arising under the organization and rendering social services and implementation of social projects.
