About modification of the Budget code of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 1. Bring in the Budget code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2016, No. 5, the Art. 398) the following changes:

2) in Article 92:

Representatives of Judicial council and Council of the Government shall not later than 7 months prior to the beginning of the next fiscal year carry out and complete reconciliation procedure.

In case of achievement of consent the Judicial council finishes the budget statement of judicial system taking into account the approved offers and brings in the Government. In case of default of agreement of the offer of Judicial council and the conclusion of the Government according to the budget statement of judicial system are at the same time sent for consideration of Jogorku Kenesh.";

c) add Article with part 3 following of content:

"3. When forming the republican budget for the corresponding year the amount of account part of the budget of judicial system can be below the approved indicators of previous year only with the consent of Judicial council.";

Part 3 of Article 107 to add 3) with the paragraph the second the following content:

"Sequestration of the budgetary funds provided by the law on financing of judicial system in the current financial year is allowed only with the consent of Judicial council.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2018.
