Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About state regulation of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2009, No. 9, the Art. 856) the following changes:
