About modification of the Federal constitutional Law "About Warlike Situation"

Article 1

Bring in Chapter II of the Federal constitutional Law of January 30, 2002 No. 1-FKZ "About warlike situation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 5, of the Art. 375) change, having added with its Article 10.1 of the following content:

"Article 10.1. Conducting territorial defense

In the territory of the Russian Federation or in its certain areas where martial law is imposed, according to the Federal Laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation taking into account the measures applied during action of warlike situation territorial defense is conducted.".

Article 2

This Federal constitutional Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
