During action of warlike situation according to this Federal constitutional Law can in that measure in what it is necessary for ensuring defense of the country and safety of the state, to be limited the rights and freedoms of citizens of the Russian Federation, foreign citizens, stateless persons (daleegrazhdena), organization activity irrespective of legal forms and patterns of ownership, the right of their officials. 5. The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops, military forming and bodies which are carrying out tasks in the field of defense (further the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops, military forming and bodies), are applied to reflection or prevention of aggression against the Russian Federation according to the Federal Laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation, and also according to the conventional principles and rules of international law and international treaties of the Russian Federation in the field.
