About introduction of amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 7, 2013 No. 702

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 7, 2013 No. 702 "About approval of technical regulations of rather energy marking" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 76, Art. 2822; 2014, No. 53, the Art. 1410) changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective in six months from the date of its publication.

Changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 7, 2013 No. 702

1. In paragraph five of Item 21 of the Technical regulation of energy marking of energy-requiring products approved by the specified resolution to exclude the words "in Ukrainian and in case of need regional language or language of minorities".

2. To state Item 8 of the actions plan on application of the Technical regulation of energy marking of energy-requiring products approved by the specified resolution in the following edition:

3. In the Technical regulation of energy marking of household electric refrigerators approved by the specified resolution:

Item 2 to state 1) in the following edition:

"2. Action of this Technical regulation extends to refrigerating devices of national and foreign production which are introduced into circulation in the territory of Ukraine:

the new refrigerating devices which are powered from network of electric current or rechargeable batteries;

refrigerating devices which are on sale for not household use or chilling of other objects, except foodstuff;

built-in refrigerating devices.";

2) the second offer of paragraph one of Item 6 to exclude;

3) the first offer of Item 7 to state in the following edition: "In sale Items each refrigerating device shall have the energy label which is provided by the supplier and is attached by the distributor on the face of the refrigerating device.";

In paragraph one of Item 13 of the word of "energy characteristics" shall be replaced with words 4) "technical characteristics";

5) in appendices to the Technical regulation:

the fourteenth Item 5 of appendix 2 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"The pictogram of the color panel and energy logo on sample;";

4. In the Technical regulation of energy marking of household washing machines approved by the specified resolution:
