About introduction of amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of April 23, 2007 No. 202
According to the subitem 6 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 No. 267, and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine in compliance with requirements of the legislation of Ukraine I order:
1. Make changes to the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of April 23, 2007 No. 202 "About approval of lists of the narcotic (psychotropic) combined medicines containing small amount of the drugs or psychotropic substances and precursors which are subject to control when importing to customs area of Ukraine and export out of its limits", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 21, 2007 for No. 700/13967, having replaced words "With committee on control of drugs (further - Committee)" and "Committee" in all cases the word "Gosleksluzhba" in the corresponding cases; the words "certificate (separate permission)" in all cases the word "permission" in the corresponding cases.
2. Make change to footnote paragraph two in the List of the narcotic (psychotropic) combined medicines containing small amount of drugs of the list No. 1 of the table II of the List of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 06.05.2000 No. 770, the approved order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of April 23, 2007 No. 202, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 21, 2007 for No. 700/13967, having replaced words "the certificate (separate permission) of Committee on control of drugs with" words "of permission of Gosleksluzhby".
